Damnation Festival 2017
The line up for the Damnation Festival continues to go from strength to strength, with the addition of the awesome death metal band Vallenfyre to the line up. Vallenfyre were formed by Paradise Lost songwriter and guitarist Gregor Mackintosh, and put on incendiary live performances. They have recently put out a new album Fear Those Who Fear Him, which is completely ferocious. Listening to it, you can feel the foundations of the Festival will be shaken to their core! The band have been quoted as saying “We look forward to playing our home country at Damnation in November. That said, we will be destroying it”.
Also recently added to an already amazing line up, have been Finnish gothic rockers Grave Pleasures and Belgium grindcore band Leng Tch’e.
There can be little doubt that this years Damnation Festival, with a line up including Bloodbath, Paradise Lost, Myrkur, and the stunning Nordic Giants, will be the metal highlight of 2017!
